My passion for yoga started a few years ago when I was struggling from anxiety, physical pain and feeling exhausted. And then I discovered the magic of yoga .

My aim is to guide you in slowing down, discovering your inner strength, tuning into your body, and focusing on what truly matters.

My classes flow with ease, focusing on connecting breath to movement and encouraging mindfulness every step along the way.

In addition to teaching yoga, I also guide meditation practices that promote calmness, mental clarity, and self-compassion.

Classes are held on Saturdays and Sundays (times may vary, keep an eye on the ‘Book class’ section)

Try out my classes and explore something different that is not an overwhelming sport, nor a class to teach you what to feel and how to think. But you will explore the stillness of the mind, the power of your breath and the healing benefits of the poses.
